When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email from the Starlink team and you will have 7 days to complete your order, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

  • What is Starlink Premium, and how does it work?
    Starlink Premium serves small workplaces of 10-20 people, shops, and residential sites across the world with the same low delay and increased throughput allocation. Order that many Starlinks as you need, administer all of your locations worldwide from a particular account, and get priority customer care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In most regions, Starlink Premium subscribers may anticipate download speeds of 150 Mbps to 500 Mbps and delay as low as 20 ms. There have been no contracts, data limitations, or exclusivity obligations with Starlink, giving you the freedom to design the perfect network for your company.   • What is the procedure for cancelling service? What is the policy on returns?
    You can cancel at any moment if you feel Starlink is not a suitable match for you. The service cancellation procedure begins when you click the "Cancel Service" button on your Account page. Your service will be active till the payment period ends. For future billing periods, service will be terminated. Please keep in mind that if you cancel service, you may not be able to restart it right away. You have to find Starlink customer service help. The ability to reactivate your account is contingent on the availability of service in your location. You can return your Starlink Kit for a full refund within 30 days of purchase in the same condition as when you received it, in the original packing. Your reimbursement will be processed after we receive and inspect your Starlink.
  • Are there any Ethernet (LAN) ports on the WiFi router that may be used to connect wired devices?
    Yes. There is just one Ethernet port on the router. It has an AUX connector and may be used to attach wired devices (TVs, computers, smart devices, etc.). If you want more than one, an Ethernet switch may be purchased to provide extra ports. No. A built-in Ethernet port is not included with the router. An access point to the network is possible with the purchase of an Ethernet adaptor from the Starlink Shop. If you want and over one port, an Ethernet switch may be purchased to provide extra ports.
  • When can I expect my Starlink Premium purchase to arrive?
    We anticipate starting to fulfil Starlink Premium orders in mid-2022. For further information on availability and order schedules, see "When will I receive my Starlink?"
